The firm was established in 1964 by, Late Shri Kantilal V. Patel (1925-1998). We are a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi and operate from Ahmedabad, the Financial Capital of Gujarat. We are also registered with Reserve Bank of India, Comptroller and Auditor General of India [C&AG], Registrar of Co-operative societies of India, official Liquidator of Gujarat, Life Insurance Corporation of India, to name a few.

He is the Tax Partner at the firm and heads the tax wing of the firm since 1985. He has been instrumental in advising clients on tax planning and tax compliance with the highest standards of ethics and client satisfaction. The timely response to the tax authorities as well as to the queries of the clients make him an often sought for personality at the office. His unending spirit of learning and developing new techniques is always appreciated and beneficial to the firm. His areas of specilisation are corporate tax planning & compliance thereof, International tax matters relating to interpretation of tax treaties and attestation of Transfer Pricing Reports. He has also done the Certificate course on International Taxation organised by ICAI.
He is a veteran when it comes to Audit. He is a Chartered Accountant and has also been certified DISA by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He currently handles Audits of various clients and has been instrumental in devising new control systems and unique measures of cost control in various industries. His wide experience is very useful to the firm and it gains a lot through his vivid exposure. The firm has had the benefit of having the fruits of his hardwork, knowledge and skill for the last 30 years. He has been instrumental in managing the traditional work of the firm in a very steady and ever improving manner. His level of updation is very commendable and has changed his tools, techniques as well as methodologies with changing times.
He is Audit partner with the firm since 2010. Being young, he is very dynamic and tech savvy. Always coming up with methods of doing the same thing, which always leads to saving time and efforts of the team. An efficient team leader, he manages his clients with the most optimum use of his resources. An ardent traveller, he has learnt how to apply his learning from different cultures, in his work. He handles various corporate and non-corporate clients of the firm in areas of Statutory as well as Internal Audit. He also advises clients in matter of Internal Control / Process Setup, implementation of ERP, business development, etc.
He is a Chartered Accountant in addition to being a Cost and Works Accountant. Being young, Jinal is adding the spark that is required to cater to the ever changing needs of the clients. With his sincere liking in the field of Information Systems, he spear heads the System Audit department of the firm. The forensic accounting certificate course of the Institute has also helped him in providing better services to clients. He manages the Audit and Risk Advisory side of our services along with managing tax issues of clients and also being very active in administration of the firm. Being to the founding family, he has the roots deep into this profession and understands what the clients require and has the ability to very well fulfil their needs.
He is a young budding professional who is the freshest entry in the firm. He has joined the firm as a partner at the golden jubilee of the firm, providing a befitting tribute to his grandfather, the founding member of the firm, Late Shri Kantibhai V. Patel. He is a very bright professional and is currently catering more to the legal and the business advisory side of the firm. He has been involved in framing most of the legal documents and has been a quality controller at the firm. The firm is looking forward to his contributions in taking it to new heights. He is also contributing to the taxation team of KPC and assisting the team in providing our taxation services.
Our People
Shri Arpit K. Patel joined the firm as partner in 1982 and spear-headed the firm thereafter till in 2010, when he joined as an Assurance Partner with S.R. Batliboi & Associates (A member firm of E&Y). Belonging to the Founder’s family, the firm continues to have the benefit of his guidance and advice. The partners are ably assisted by Chartered Accountants, Company Secretary, Cost and Works Accountant, MBAs and other supportive staff in each assignment.The firm believes in extensive training of its staff member before induction in the team. Trainings are imparted at regular intervals both internally & externally to upgrade the professional skills so as to meet client expectations.
